OUR PROCESS
INQUIRY
Contact to us with a description of your project and desired start date.
We can arrange a meeting at the site or discuss it via the internet, and provide you with an estimate for the project.
ACCEPTANCE
We will discuss the scope of work, timeline, costs, and come to a final agreement on the offer and terms of cooperation.
We will finalize the budget and sign an English-language work contract, and we are ready to start the project
WORK EXECUTION
We will initiate the formal handover of the construction site in writing.
We will make the necessary preparations, bring in materials, and begin the work.
You can monitor the progress of the project at any time with our assistance (email reports with photo & video), or by visiting the site.
HANDOVER
Upon completion of the work, we will clean the site and prepare it for the handover.
A handover protocol will be signed by both parties, formalizing the handover process.
Should any hidden defects arise, we will promptly address them for the duration of the warranty period.
