3kk apartment reconstruction in Prague 18, Letnany.

In June 2023, we've completed a renovation of a 3-bedroom apartment in Letňany area in Prague 18

​

What was carried out:

​

- All demolition, dismantling work and disposal of rubble;
- Clearing the apartment and preparing for the next steps;
- New electrical distribution and assembly, incl. changes in the switchboard;
- New water and waste distribution systems;
- Leveling the floor;
- Lime-cement stucco plastering of walls and ceilings;
- Bathroom waterproofing;
- Wall covering and installation of paving;
- Installation of a hidden inspection door in the same design as the cladding;
- Painting with washable and abrasion-resistant paint Primalex Fortec;
- Installation of a built-in module and a wall-mounted WC;
- Replacement of bidets for manual bidet showers;
- Installation of a ladder in the bathroom (combi: water + electricity);
- Installation of sinks, cabinets, etc.;
- Installation of bathtub, screen and accessories;
- Installation of vinyl flooring ("Click" system);
- Installation of interior doors and frames;
- Delivery and assembly of the kitchen;
- Installation of lights;
